The luxury villa comprises six spacious en-suite bedrooms fitted with king-size beds, AC, TV, DVD and Bose iPod docks. The ground floor houses three bedrooms and the first one has the other three. All of them benefit from private bathrooms with toilets and dressing rooms. The common areas include a living room with an open fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, an al-fresco dining area with a pergola and an outdoor lounge area. The entertainment facilities feature WIFI, TV with international channels, DVD with a library, table tennis, synthetic grass tennis court, putting green with a bunker and a private heated swimming pool. The 1,5 ha terrain is home to a palm grove, an olive grove, an orchard, a rose garden and an aromatic-plants garden. Steuern: All the taxes are included except for the Tourist City Tax of 2,5 EUR per person and night (subject to changes) and the Touristic promotion Tax of 1 EUR per person and night (subject to changes).
Mietkosten: Water, electricity and Internet are included. Pool heating from October 15th through April 30th is NOT included and shall be paid at 50 EUR per day plus 3 days of pre-heating.
Concierge-Service: 24 h concierge services are included.

Payment Policy
The reservation deposit for the property is 50% payable in two steps (20% and 30%) either by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or via bank transfer. The rest is payable no later than one month before arrival. Security deposit against possible damages shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations must be done in written. In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival but more than 7 days before arrival, 70% of the rent is detained. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no show, total rent will be detained. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
