This Crete holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, Agia Pelagia. Within a short drive form the beach, a supermarket and various bars and restaurants, the vacation villa will become a great place for a small family or two couples´trip to Crete. Sitting atop Agia Pelagia, the rental enjoys wonderful sea views. There are two spacious bedroom with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Both benefit from sea views and have electronic blinders. The bathrooms are fitted with showers. One bed can be split into two single beds upon request. The spacious living room has a sitting and a dining area. The entertainment equipment includes a smart TV, bluetooth speakers and WIFI. The room has a direct access to the terrace with an al-fresco dining area. Some steps up, there is an open-plan totally equipped kitchen. You will find there a fridge freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven, a hob, cooking surfaces, cutlery, a wine cooler, kitchenware and tableware. There is a massage room. Outside, you will find a chill-out area with a BBQ and a pool of 12 x 6 m with lego-style stairs,a shower and a wc. The building has a second floor that is permanently locked.

The sea in this area is protected from the wind, so it is normally quiet. Lygaria beach that is located within 1,9 km is half-pebble, half-sandy beach with some taverns. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security deposit will be charged on a credit card at arrival and will be refunded to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
