The first bedroom enjoys a direct access to the pool and comes with a queen-size extra-long bed (160 x 210 cm). It has a wellness shower. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and benefits from access to a large terrace. It is fitted with a big queen-size bed (170 x 200 cm) and has a free-standing bathtub. The third bedroom has twin beds (90 x 200 cm each) and has access to the upper floor terrace. It has a wellness shower. These three bedrooms are sea front. The fourth bedroom boasts wonderful sea views and is outfitted with a queen-size bed and has a snail-shaped wellness shower with six jets. There is an separate bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and a sink. It is located by the upper-floor living room. It is situated on the first floor and boasts stunning sea views. There is a flat-screen TV with a Playstation 3 featuring 20 games and a library with English, French and german books. The room can be completely closed by a big wooden door and can be used as an additional bedroom upon request. The main living room is situated on the ground floor and opens on the pool terrace and a pergola-covered al-fresco dining area with views over the Zeus Bay. The living room has a dining table and a seating area with sofas. The room enjoys a TV with payable satellite channels, a DVD and a BOSE sound system. There is an additional WC. Outside, the luxury villa rental Chania features a 60 m2 swimming pool heated fro October till May, several chill-out areas with sun beds, loungers, hammocks and fatboys.The outside dining area enjoys a BBQ. Andere: Welcome pack for your arrival with tea, coffee and some other basic foods is included.There is a path towards a creek right out of the property plot that can be walked down at at the guests own risk and is recommended only to the guests with off-path hiking experience. It is only accessible via the plot of the villa so it is totally secluded.
The nude pictures of the bedrooms can be replaced by landscape photographies upon request.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 40% in two steps. The rest is payable no later than 45 (forty five) days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival or less, 100% of the rent will be detained.
