This curated farmhouse sits in the heart of Tuscan countryside atop of a hill only some minutes away from the town of Volterra. It has been carefully restored with the use of traditional materials and craftworks and sober colours. The home features the main house and two guest annexes. There is a saltwater heated swimming pool (upon request).
There is internet connection, Sonos sound system, smart TV.

In total between all the buildings, there are 7 bedrooms. All 6 have AC, the 7th one does not have AC but it tends to remain naturally fresh.
Bedroom 1: main house, ground floor, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: main house, first floor, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet.
Bedroom 3: main house, first floor, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet.

Living areas
The villa enjoys a living room, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen with a central island. There is a decorative pizza oven that can be used on demand only.
Outdoors
There is an outdoor kitchen with a coffee bar, a dining terrace for 14, another dining terrace of the same size, a BBQ, a private saltwater swimming pool of 16 x 4 m that can be heated up upon request (not included) and a sunbathing area. It features a shallow zone for children, oxygen and UV filters (no chemicals). Also, there is a breakfast area for 8 people. The home features a partially shaded al-fresco lounge.

This beautiful home is situated only 5 minutes away from the town of Volterra, province of Pisa. The town dates back to the VIII century BC and offers several structures of Etruscan, Medieval and Roman eras. There is a Roman theatre with Etruscan walls at the back, a Roman Amphitheatre and an Etruscan Museum. The town also houses several cafes and restaurants and several shops.
Florence and around 1 h 30 minutes drive away. Siena can be reached in around 1 h. Florence airport is a bit less than 1 h 30 minutes away and Pisa airport is a bit more than 1 hour away.Volterra: 5 min drive

Tgliche Reinigung: Daily housekeeping service of 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday is included.
Steuern: All the taxes are included except for the Tourist tax.

BI-wchentliche Reinigung: Twice-weekly bath towels change is included.
Endreinigung: Final cleaning is included, shall the house be left in a reasonable state.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay the reservation deposit of 50% upon confirmation. The balance along with the damage deposit are due 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of a no show or early departure, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
