Located not too far from Siena, the property sits on the hill and is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The house with private infinity heated pool can accommodate up to 10 people. It is the perfect place to host big group or family whom want to spend vacation in the green Tuscany. The estate is divided in three houses.
The main house
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dinning areas, 2 living rooms and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, It can accommodate up to 6 guests in the 3 en suite bedrooms, 2 of them with king beds and the third with a queen bed.
The first annex
Directly located front of the main house separated by a terrace, you will find the a large en suite bedroom with two queen beds, a living room. On the exterior with independent access, an outdoor shower, the laundry and the wooden oven.
The second annex
There is a big en suite bedroom with king bed, bath tub and sitting area. it is directly connected to an outdoor dinning covered patio.
The outdoors
The heated infinity pool sits in the garden. there is a barbecue, wooden oven, a fire pit and an outdoor dinning area

start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
Steuern: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
