With a garden of 5.000 m2 and more than 1.000 m2 of indoors, this luxury Tuscany villa is a perfect vacation or wedding venue. It is a totally restored historic residence built in the XVII century within a short distance form Cortona. It boasts wonderful frescoes and vaulted ceilings. In addition, the house features a private swimming pool, a private chapel and a manicured garden with centuries-old trees. The rental house sleeps 18 people in 9 bedrooms.
Ground floor
This level enjoys a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and a breakfast table.
The living room enjoys a sitting area, a fireplace and a TV. There is a billiard corner. The room opens on the dining area and onto the garden.
The same floor has 3 guest bathrooms.
First floor
This level houses a living room and the sleeping area. The living room enjoys a sitting area, a fireplace and a dining table. The sleeping area features 7 bedrooms. 6 of them have double beds (4 are 4-poster beds), the 7th one enjoys twin beds. All the rooms enjoy ensuite-bathrooms, AC and WIFI. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, a shower and a WC, 4 more bathrooms enjoys showers, while the other two come with bathtubs.
Second floor
The upper level has a living room with a writing desk and 2 further bedrooms. Both come with double beds and feature AC, TV with satellite channels and private bathrooms.One of them enjoys a Jacuzzi tub, hile the other one has a shower.
Outdoors
Outside, there is a fenced swimming pool of 15 x 5 x 1,1 - 2 m with a sunbathing area with loungers. There is a shower. Also, the property features a BBQ area and an al-fresco dining. The property is fenced.
