Sardinia Luxury Rentals: This charming vacation villa with a private pool and a spacious garden with a pond is located within just 2 km from the beach. Set in the prestigious Porto Cervo, the villa has it all within a radius of 5km, a tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets, drug store, fishshop, bakery and an ATM. This holiday villa sleeps 10. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms plus a staff area with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a laundry. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a dressing area and a private terrace. All the other bedrooms enjoys private bathrooms and TVs. The property features a spacious living room with a dining area overlooking the pool. The kitchen is totally equipped for an easy stay. There is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, varous utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces. Outside, there are various chillout areas with loungers and chairs and a swimming pool with jacuzzi options. The house benefits from AC, electric gate, video surveillance and wifi. Laundery facilities include a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
