Mykonos Luxury Villas : Enjoying breathtaking views over the Aegean sea, located on a hillside in the western part of Mykonos, combining traditional details with the modern facilities this holiday home has been thought out to make your stay carefree. The rental house has four bedrooms, two of them are fitted with twin beds and share a bathroom. They are located on the ground floor that apart from the sleeping facilities houses a well equipped kitchenette. The other two bedrooms enjoys private bathrooms and double beds. They are on the first floor along with the living room divided into a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. The luxury house features flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD-player, a minibar, AC, heating and WIFI. Its bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. For food lover, the kitchen has been totally equipped to satisfy the most demanding guests. There is a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware, a coffee maker, a kettle, a hob, an oven and many other utensils and electric appliances. Outside, there is an al-fresco dining area, a private pool and parking space. The property neighbours two other holiday homes.

Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be transferred back to you no later than 10 days after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
