This Mykonos holiday villa is situated in Kanalia within a 5 min´ drive from Ornos beach. Benefiting from a private swimming pool of 50 m2 and elegant outside areas, the Mykonos vacation rental is a great choice for a summer getaway. The traditional Cycladic house is distributed over two floors. The ground one has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and three bedrooms. The entertainment facilities include an Apple TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree stay. There is a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a hob, utensils, pots and pans and kitchenware. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with twin beds and two bathrooms in total on this floor. The upper floor enjoys another living-dining area and a kitchen. It houses a sea view master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom and a separate bathroom. Outside, the holiday villa on Mykonos boasts a pool area with sunbeds, a shaded lounge area with an al-fresco dining, a parking space for five vehicles, a guest WC and a BBQ that can be used upon request in presence of a professional chef for security reasons.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in two steps (15% and 35%). The rest together with the Security deposit is payable ONE (1) month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent will be retained.
