Holiday Villas Mykonos : Within 1,5 km from the beach and 3 km form the village of Ano Mera, this modern luxury villa for rent on Mykonos has it all for a carefree stay. Bars, restaurants and shops can be found in Ano Mera, while the Mykonos town is just a short drive away. Surrounded by pristine nature, the luxury rental benefits from total privacy and stunning sea views lying just 300m away. The villa on Mykonos sleeps 12. There are five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. Three bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds, the fourth one has two single beds, while the fifth can be laid out with queen-size bed or two single ones. The beds are 2m long. All the bathrooms are fitted with showers, the guests of the luxury rental will benefit form Korres free toiletries. The entertainment facilities of the house include a flat-screen TV with international channels, a DVD player, a CD player, WIFI connection, and an iPod docking station. Outside, oriented towards the west, there is a pergola-covered pool terrace boasting stunning sunset views. The infinity pool of 4,5 x 15 m is surrounded by sun loungers and can be heated upon request; there is an outside shower and a BBQ. A parking holds up to five-six cars.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent will be detained. No show is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests less than one month before arrival. Non payment of the sums due on time is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests. Standard cancellation policy is applicable in both cases.
