Perched over Elia and Agrari beaches, this holiday rental on Mykonos enjoys stunning sea views. The villa consists of the main house, the guest pool house and an independent suite. The former is distributed over three levels. The upper one has the master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace. The ground level features a living-dining room benefiting from a direct access to the pool, a kitchen and an al-fresco dining area for 12 and a BBQ. The lower floor holds another living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and terraces with sea views and loungers. The lower floor of the guest house enjoys a private entrance, a kitchenette and a breakfast area for four. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. The upper floor of the guest house has one more double bedroom with a bathroom. The independent suite is located on the back yard. It comprises of a sleeping area with two single beds, a seating area and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a swimming pool with swings, loungers and a bar.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
