Luxury Villas Andros : Benefiting from magnificent sea views and pool, this holiday home has it all for a carefree vacation. Distributed over several levels, the house comprises two spacious living rooms, a kitchen, a dining area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps up to eight people. Surrounded by manicured gardens with several lounge areas and verandas, the villa provides its guests with perfect outside space for sunbathing, al-fresco dining and relaxing time. The rental enjoys A/C, a TV area with a DVD player, a safe box, an office area and a parking. The kitchen is totally equipped and features a fridge and a freezer, a hob, an oven, a hood, a coffee maker, various utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces among others. Three bedrooms are outfitted with double beds, while the fourth one has two single beds. The laundry facilities include an iron and an ironing board and a washing machine. In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 25% and 25%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security deposit will be guaranteed by a Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
