Holiday Apartments Paris : This spacious apartment is located in the 3d arrondissement of Paris within a short walk from Metiers Art Museum. Modern, with some vintage details, this holiday rental is a great solution for a family or friends´ trip. There are three bedrooms decorated in sober colours. Two of them are outfitted with queen-size beds, the third one enjoys twin beds, 90 cm each. There are two bathrooms, one comes with a bathtub, the other one has a shower, and a separate wc. There is a spacious living area with a TV and DVD and an iPod dock. The luxury holiday apartment in Paris benefits from WIFI, a safebox and double glazing. There is a totally equipped open-plan kitchen with a hood, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster and a dining area. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 50 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
