The rental is located within a short walk from the metro that will let you travel around easily. Distributed over 100 sq.m, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a living-dining room and a kitchen. The entertainment facilities include a TV with international channels, a DVD and an iPod docking station. The place benefits from WIFI internet connection. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking lovers. There is a hob, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. There is a small breakfast area for two in the kitchen. The dining area seats four. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two single ones. One bathroom has a bathtub and a wc, the other one features a walk-in shower. Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
