The master one has a queen-size bed, two further bedrooms are outfitted with twin beds (90 cm each) and the fourth one has a single bed. There are three bathrooms. The first one has a bathtub with a shower faucet, the second one boasts a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower and the third one has a walk-in shower. All the bathrooms have WC. The living room benefits from views over Paris and features a seating area with a TV, a DVD, an iPod dock, a Blue-ray player and a fireplace and a dining area. The kitchen is totally equipped for a carefree stay. There is a coffee maker, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a raclette machine, a dishwasher, tableware and kitchenware pieces. Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
