Luxury Villas Sitges : Distinguished by its elegant design, combining modern elements and natural-material genuineness, this Sitges two-floor house sleeps 12 people, 10 of which can be accomodated in the mail bulding, while 2 more can be allocated in the additional bungalow. As it is situated next to the sea near Sitges, throught the large panoramic windows, letting in the warm Mediterrenean sun, you can enjoy stunning views of the bay. The main area of the villa is located on the gorund floor. Having entered through the garden, you find yourself in the spacious two-floor living room of 46 sq.m. There is a home cinema, three sofas, an armchair and a marevllous fireplace. One of the room walls is stony, giving the house a special touch: you feel being in a luxury villa, but next to the nature. On the same floor you will find a spacious kitchen of 25 sq.m., equipped with all the imaginable amenities, and dining area for 12 people. Also there is a large bathroom with a shower, next to the laundry room. The first floor of the villa is a sleeping area. Here you have 2 double and 2 two-bunk-bed bedrooms (15 sq.m, 16 sq.m, 10 sq.m, 8 sq.m, respectively). Upon request, the beds may be changed. Every two bedrooms share a bathroom, the design of which is dedicated either to the blue colour or to the green and made in natural rock, with a large bathtub and a separate toilet. Next to the main house there is a private bungalow, where 2 of your guests can stay. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, a closet and a small living room with a table, armchair and a TV, and a kitchen. This luxury villa has a nice 155 sq.m garden where you can have a rest next to 16-m pool or have a drink sitting at the garden table and enjoying the natural beauty of the amazing Mediterrenean sea.
