The luxury villa houses four bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) and three bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second one has a double bed, the other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each (turn into two king-size beds if put together). The kitchen of perfectly fit with all the modern cooking amenities and benefits from an impeccable design and views. There is a dining room with a sitting for eight people. Outside, a big lounge is surrounded by an ipe-wood terrace leading to the pool. There are six loungers and three tables for you to feel comfortable resting under the Mediterranean sun.

Castelldefels is located at the heart of Costa del Garraf, between the mountainous landscape of the massif of Garraf and the Mediterranean. More than five kilometres worth of fine beaches are found there, only a few minutes away form Barcelona and its international airport. Facilities for water sports are offered at the marina, and this included canoeing in the Olympic Canal, built especially for the 1992 Olympics. The historical remains and old buildings to be found in Castelldefels are also added attractions. Castelldefels' exceptional location and the distinction of being in the Baix Llobregat region, make this a tourist paradise with its typical Mediterranean climate with rain in spring and autumn, and some spectacular storms, dry summers and cool winters. Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% (first 15% with your credit card through our online platform and then 35% more via bank transfer) in advance. The balance shall be paid 1 (ONE) month before arrival together with the Security deposit. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, if no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
