Luxury Apartments Valencia : This fantastic penthouse ls located right in the heart of Valencia, full of cozy cafe, nice restaurants and luxurious shops. The penthouse comprises of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a lounge area and a furnished terrace. There are three double beds, the rest of the beds are single. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, two other bathrooms are equipped with showers. The living room enjoys a cozy sitting area with a TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities one might need when travelling. There is a fridge and a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher,  a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a juice squeezer and set of kitchenware and tableware. The penthouse features AC, heating, a safebox and a direct lift access.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card upon arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE week (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.
