Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. First, you must pay 15% with your credit card, then you must pay 50% more via bank transfer. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit of 65% of the total rent is non-refundable.
