This exclusive apartment in Barcelona is located in the best city area, Eixample. It is city center full of elegant restaurants, vivid bars, chic cafes and luxury shops. The luxury rental boasts a shared relaxation top-floor area with a shared plunge swimming pool and a sauna and has a 24-h gym accessible only by the residents of the building. The unit sleeps up to eight guests. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds while the other two come with twin beds that can be pushed together to make king-size beds. One of the bathrooms enjoys a bathtub and a shower, the other two are equipped with showers. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite. All have WC and are stocked with Molton Brown toiletries and have bathrobs. The living area is equipped with a TV with cable channels, a tablet, WIFI, a sound system and has a sitting area. The dining table seats eight people. The property enjoys a totally equipped kitchen with an island. There is a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hob, an oven, a microwave, pots and pans and tableware pieces. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is AC, a laptop-sized safety box. The Barcelona luxury apartment rental enjoys a shared topfloor terrace with a plunge pool area and a sauna. The building has a lift and a gym.

The nearest supermarket with organic food lies only in a 3 minutes´walk while the nearest restaurant is located  on the corner. Masterpieces by famous Modernism artists including Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, Casa Amatller and Casa Lleo Morera are located within a short walk, Sagrada Familia can be reached in about 17 minutes. The apartment is situated not far from several bus stops, a local underground train and a metro station that will let you arrive in any other part of the city including the beac without any problem. A taxi can be easily caught in the area.

Steuern: All the taxes except for the Tourist City Tax (3,3 EUR per persona and night for maximum 7 nights applicable to all the guests over 16 years old) are included.

Frühstück: Breakfast in the apartment is available upon request (not included).

Endreinigung: Final cleaning is included.

Andere: Gym is open 24 h a day. Parking space is available upon request (35 EUR a day) and is subject to availability.

Reception desk is covered from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
Please, note that sauna is NOT included (currently 50 EUR x 2 pax x 30 min, subject to changes following the property policies).

Check in/out policy

Check-in between 15:00 and 00:00.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

The rats are non refundable. In order to reserve the property you must pay the total amount of the rent upon reservation with a credit card. The security deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the total amount is non-refundable.
