Luxury Villas Tuscany : This great holiday home‏ close to Rosia village is an independent farmhouse. It sleeps 14 people and is composed by a main building and an outbuilding. The main house accommodates ten people in five rooms. There are three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower (one of which room is suitable for disabled) and two double or twin rooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. On the ground floor you will find an entrance courtyard with bread an pizza oven, a covered area to eat outside, a living room with fireplace and outdoor access, a kitchen with fireplace and all the equipment you need and a dining room. If you go upstairs you will see a living room with fireplace and access to a covered terrace. The outbuilding has a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a dining room which has an access to the outdoor dining area. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms; a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with a private bathroom. This fabulous house has all the equipment you might need: washing machine and dryer in the main building and washing machine the in outbuilding, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player, alarm, outdoor lighting, stereo, a case of six bottles of local wine and a bottle of extra virgin olive oil, cleaning, change of linen and towels on mid-week (every Wednesday), concierge service for information, towels for the swimming pool. One more asset of the place is the beautiful garden, a green space with pergolas and an infinity pool (13m x 4,5m) with shower.
