The middle level houses the living-dining room, while the lower level is home to the sleeping area. You will find seven ensuite bedrooms there, four of them boast private garden patios and enjoys gorgeous sea views. The bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds that can be converted into twins upon request. A studio used by live-in staff is set on the same floor. Outside, a pergola-covered parking and several lounge areas including an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ and a pool area featuring a pool bar and a pool shower are situated. The covered parking area has space for three cars, four other cars can be parked on the side. The pool is 10 x 5 m. For you not to experience energy cuts, there is a generator.
