Set on a plot of 10 000 sq.m, the rental villa benefits from several outside lounge spaces. Apart from numerous sitting areas and an al-fresco dining area, there is a pool zone with a jacuzzi at one end, a charming covered patio and a BBQ. The villa comprises four independent units, including is the main house, a pool house, a guest house and a staff house that can be converted into kids´ house upon request. The main house features an entrance hall, a covered courtyard, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size be, a dressing area and a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom-office with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Further on, there is a guest toilet. Upstairs, you will find a loft also called as a guest house. There is a sleeping space with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a mezzanine that can be used as a sleeping area for children. Next to the pool, a pool house is located. Distributed over two levels, it boasts fantastic Naxos and cliff views. The house has a bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, a living room with an American kitchen, a guest bedroom with queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The unit benefits from an independent entrance and a private courtyard. On the side, there is a detached residence. It comprises of a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living-dining area.

Check-in 14:00 - 20:00.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 40%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than two months before arrival but more than one month before arrival, additional 20% will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent will be detained.
